His Excellency Qais bin Mohammed al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion, visited the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the aim of enhancing bilateral cooperation and economic relations between the two countries. 

During the visit, he met with His Excellency Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, Minister of Investment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Excellency Bandar bin Ibrahim bin Abdullah Al-Khorayef, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, His Excellency Faisal bin Fadel Al-Ibrahim, Minister of Economy and Planning, and His Excellency Engineer Suhail bin Muhammad Abanmi, Governor of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, and His Excellency Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Al-Abdul-Jabbar, Chairman of the General Authority for Foreign Trade in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance mutual cooperation and develop bilateral relations in the fields of trade, industry, and investment promotion. They also discussed overcoming the challenges facing bilateral trade between the two brotherly countries, and increasing trade exchange between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is in continuation of the efforts of both countries towards continuously enhancing trade and establishing strategic economic partnerships in various fields, as well as promoting Omani exports to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

The meeting was attended by His Highness Sayyed Faisal bin Turki al Said, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and several officials from both sides.
